After not working out for...a long time, I'm going to try to start working out in the mornings before work. My office has a gym but its just treadmills / ellipticals and weights. I'd prefer to workout to a fitness video because I hate having to think of what to do, but because of traffic it would be better for me to just get to work early and work out there versus working out at home and hitting crazy traffic.

Any suggestions on plans to follow with this type of setup? I'd prefer to not JUST run / elliptical because I get so bored of it, but not sure what other stuff to add in!
