If there was an omelette station and a Belgian waffle station, would you have something made?
(there would be brunch items set up buffet style too).

Yes, I've hosted a bridal shower with brunch buffet items and an omelette station. The omelette station was a hit! We had a friends DH as the cook.

YES! I love me a good waffle (and omlette but don't eat them as much because LO is allergic to eggs)

Waffles! I just had that line from Shrek in my head about Donkey making waffles.

Probably - though can I recommend Liege waffles instead - they're also called sugar waffles - super tasty and are a bit more Belgian than what we usually make over here plus there's no need for syrup.

Yes, especially omelets! I love watching them being made (I still have trouble making them properly at home) and I love love love food made a la minute.

Omelets!
I stay away from waffles because they are so dissappointing. The only good waffle I have ever had was at the Ritz and I think that had more to do with the whipped cream than anything else.

@Smurfette: I just may take you up on that. M's party is in the Nashville the weekend before if you want to make a trip. OpryLand is always fun to visit around the holidays!

I voted omelet, but would rather have a waffle: I'm gluten free, so omelet would be my only real choice. Sounds like fun!!

Waffles! I'm not a huge fan of scrambled eggs, but DH would want both.

@MamaMoose: I might take you up on it too!
I wanted to go up with DH when he went, but his schedule was crazy packed so we stayed home. He sent me pics of the Gaylord Opryland and it looked so nice!
