If I had some land, yes! They're not allowed in our neighborhood, though.

My parents do! They don't buy eggs anymore because they have so many. I usually get to come back with at least 2 dozen every time I go home.

My brother has chickens, I'm super jealous of their fabulous eggs (we eat a ton of eggs). The girls loooove them. I totally would if we were able to.

I would if we had our own house and a lot of land. I would love to just go out and grab eggs from the chicken coop!

No. Too smelly. They're cute though, I just wouldn't ever want to clean up after them.

I want chickens so badly, but they're a real pain in the booty to keep alive around here and we already have some friends and family who raise them, there's no point. We get free eggs regularly anyways, so I guess it's not worth having to deal with coyotes and hawks and snakes and raccoons and pretty much every other animal around here that would love to snack on a chicken or her eggs. But I love them anyways.

When we move to Kosovo we'll be getting chickens and sheep.
I've raised both in the past, and I'd like my family to eat fresh eggs and fresh raw sheep's milk. DH is on board.
(They will be in fenced off areas and not in the same areas that our children play. I wouldn't put chickens in my backyard, too dirty.)

If I had land yes. In my backyard no (they are dirty and their poo carries a lot of disease).

We had 25. We recently culled them because they were getting old but we plan to get new chicks in the sping. Nothing beats fresh eggs!

Yes, maybe. I don't want to deal with the mess, but I would love the eggs! It's technically illegal in our neighborhood, but people do it anyway.

No way and we have a farm!! They're just loud and dirty!
