Need to talk to our builder first, but we're considering getting wall mounted toilets installed in all of our bathrooms.
So much easier to clean!!

Sure. I'm not familiar with all the pros and cons of wall mounted toilets but they look nice and are easier to clean.

They look "cool" (hotel-ish to me) but not my style. We'd stick with a traditional toilet, especially since these seem really costly!

I guess they hide the top part in the wall? I like to drop one of those cleaning tablet (that turns the water blue) into the tank though... I def like it for the look, not sure about functionality!

Talk to your builder sooner rather than later. They require different framing and plumbing rough in.
We use them all the time because maintenance is so much easier. Replacement cost is higher though because there are fewer manufacturers of then in the states.

it's not a look that appeals to me, but if you like them, go for it!

They look cool, but not our style. Plus, what happens when it breaks? How do you access the tank, like, if the stopper chain breaks or something?

I look more a more "old fashioned" look (like claw foot tubs) so that isn't reallyy style.

I would look into the maintenance on them, but otherwise I would because they seem easier to keep clean.

I like the idea of easier to clean! I know they'll be secured to the wall well, but I can't help thinking of it falling off and water spewing everywhere. lol

Those are typical in continental Europe, so I'd be fine with it in the US.

I like the look of them, but all I can think of is what happens if it breaks off from the wall? Hanging things bearing that much weight make me nervous.

Yes I love them! My parents got them when they renovated and so far so good.

Never.
They look great but my ex was a plumber and he only bad things to say about them. The tank is in the wall so if you ever have issues, you have to be able to get to it.
