I've worked with two girls, one spelled Ryan and one Ryann, with that name. It's not my personal taste, but then again, I'm not big on unisex names.

Yes! I've known a couple female Ryans. However, I think it's too similar sounding to your other R, so for that reason I wouldn't do it

I used to know a female Ryan and she was a total kick-ass. I would definitely consider it, but D definitely wouldn't.

Ryan is DH's middle name, he is named after his father's middle name so he has always said our son will be named Ryan. We are only planning on having 2 kids, so if the next one is another girl she will likely be named Ryan. Unless we decide to try for the boy with #3, in which case boy or girl, it would be named Ryan.
I actually really like Ryan for a girl.

I think it's cute, but I feel like for her entire life people would see the name and assume/expect she's a boy.

Plus it rhymes with dh's name and he has a cousin Ryan (boy) so definitely not for us.
