I see this all the time. I have posted one bathtub pic, but parts were covered by a robe. Why was he wearing a robe in the tub you ask? Because it was a shark robe and it was shark week (we are weird).

I wouldn't post a pic of my LO on the potty or bath tub. The bath tub pics will probably be the cutest pics ever, but that stuff just isn't for my FB. The potty pics, yucko! Unless something changes when I have my own kids I can't imagine thinking potty picks or messy BLW feeding pics are cute.

I wouldn't do it. When it's on the Internet, it's there forever. What 16 year old wants that floating around. Also, and maybe I am a bit weird on this but I feel that Children deserve respect and their own privacy and to me such pics breach that.

Never. I feel bad for that little boy with the puppy all over the place without his pants on. Give the poor kid some integrity.

I think those types of pics are fine. To put away in albums or shared with grandparents. But not to post on FB or the internet at all.

I'm not bothered by it if they are covered.

potty pic, definitely not. Bathtub pic…. maybe when she was really young (like under 2 years). Not after that. Although I'd email it out to family if it was cute

I couldn't bring myself to do that. I cringe when I see pics of little ones on the potty on fb. I understand it is a big moment for the kid (and parents), but not everyone wants to see that.

I wouldn't. I had a friend on FB post her son in the tub and he was totally exposed. Poor kid had his bits on the Internet before he knew how to crawl.

I wouldn't because that is just kinda gross. I still find my own kid's poop gross sometimes. I don't want to think about your kid's poop, too, with the visual.

Tub shots are fine to me. No pee or poop involved.

I wouldn't. I don't post bath or any naked pics online anywhere. I think it's weird to and I also don't feel the need to share EVERY picture. Only once I emailed a naked pic of LO standing on his change table because it was the first he ever pulled to standing and it happened to be during a diaper change - I specifically wrote in the email "do not share these pics!"

It doesn't particularly offend me - when DD was a newborn, I posted a picture of her in the baby bath, from the chest up. I think it's sad that pictures of children doing simple things like bathing are often sexualized, but it is what it is, and we have to be cautious.

With facebook, instagram, and mommy blogging all being so popular these days, I think it's easy for lines to blur, and privacy to be breached. My rule of thumb is that if it would embarrass me to be pictured in the same scenario, I won't post.

I would never! I've posted cute face shots from the bath tub, but that's my line.

I post pics of DD in the tub with bits covered. I know of a gal that posts fully naked pics of her toddler all the time. I'll be honest, I'm uncomfortable seeing it.

I'd never post potty pictures, and I'd be peeved if any of my family posted tub or naked baby pictures.

No way on the potty pictures. I don't plan on even taking any when we are potty training, and I don't have any naked baby pics of LO either. Just because he's a baby and too little to care or speak up for himself doesn't mean I shouldn't show the private parts of the body the same amount of respect that I would show my own.
