People die all the time *shrug* Wouldn't stop me from buying a home that I REALLY wanted
Get it cheaply enough and you can put all new flooring in and have the whole floor plan remodeled!

I could deal with natural causes, or even an accident, but if someone was murdered... no thanks.

@however briefly: Where you live sounds really interesting!
@GRIZZ: ew...ugh.
As for me, I don't think I could do it.

I wouldn't have a problem with it. I've lived in a house where people died of natural causes and the house didn't feel any different afterwards..
I wouldn't want to do any actual cleanup from a murder, though. If that made the house a great deal I'd hire someone to do it and then move in!

Sure. In fact the clean up house wouldn't even bother me - though I'd hire someone to rip out the carpet probably. I don't believe in ghosts or anything like that.

I would as long as it "felt" right. If something was off about the house, then I wouldn't. I believe in ghosts and have had my share of experiences, but that wouldn't deter me. I think you can tell if there's evil in a house as a soon as you walk in.
