I would. We bought a BOB from hubs' cousin used. I was considering trying to find our UppaBaby Vista used too but then we ended up getting a floor model for $400 so we went for that.

I probably would. I am weird about 2nd hand stuff too. Funny...my aunt/uncle/cousins live in WPB and have made their entire living buying stuff from resales/CL out of the same area (super high end stuff) for years and resold on ebay.

@jholler25 so jealous. I live in the middle of nowhere and the CL listings suck here. I loved it when I lived in a bigger city and could score good deals!

We only bought a Bob. Our universal infant "stroller" and maclaren umbrella were gifts.
If I could do it again I probably wouldn't have sPent too much money on a stroller. We wore Lo when she was younger and rarely put her in a stroller after we graduated her from the Infant car seat at 7 months old.
We use the umbrella stroller when we go to the mall, but she hates sitting in it and would rather walk on her own.
We have #2 on the way so I'm gonna try to get a lotta use out of our strollers before i sell them!

I absolutely would. I don't think there could be any harmful germs on a gently used stroller. I wouldn't buy a used car seat but a stroller....absolutely. totally worth saving the money to me.

i definitely would and have! i bought our bugaboo bee brand new for $400. the family received it as a gift but it was too heavy for their walk-up. bed bugs are not likely to live in things like strollers that move every day.

@mediagirl: you have the b-agile stroller right (i seem to remember that, in a non creepy way =D )? the britax bassinet clicks into it!! there are pics on amazon of other people using them together=)

I was given a used Uppa Baby Vista and we were able to order replacement wheels for $50. They also sold a replacement seat for $100. So....if you can find one cheap enough you can order a new seat and basically have a brand new stroller for much less. Keep in mind though that I believe it may only be the 2012 model that allows for multiple babies??? Check on that.

@chrispygal: UB Vistas that are 2009 models and newer can use the rumble seat for a 2nd child. Anything older can also accomodate the rumble seat, but must be sent to the UB factory for modifications to be made to the frame.

I was looking at buying a used stroller (the UBV). I think you can buy them new on sale for around $400 (I haven't watched prices in a while) so I wasn't really willing to spend more than $250 or so on a used one (even if it was good condition).

So in the end we ended up with the Britax Boulevard because you can buy it during the Free Ride event and get the stroller and car seat for $400 plus it turns into a double.

. @jholler25: I prefer to buy new, but those are some awesome deals!! I would check them out in person & really test out every feature! I'd also take notes/stats on the ones you'd consider buying new to compare. On a random note, I vacationed to boca raton a few years ago, it's gorgeous!

Yes, with no hesitations if they were in the condition the ones you posted are in. I buy stuff off of CL all the time, furniture mostly- buy it, fix it and resell it. I would buy baby stuff too
