I was gluten free and dairy free for about 6 months due to my LO's allergies. It was torture at first, but I've gotten really used to it now. My LO outgrew his gluten allergy, but he is still allergic to eggs, dairy, and peanuts. It forces me to cook more often and healthier at home. It's a good lifestyle change. If I had to choose only one to give up, I think I would choose dairy.

Dairy easily! I never eat dairy, I really just don't like the taste at all. I have been gluten free for about 6 months now too. I find both fairly easy.

I'd have to say dairy. I didn't really eat very much of it before the pregnancy, and I think I'm going to reduce it after the baby is born. I LOVE bread and pasta. LOVE them.

That's tough. I was off both at once, and it was so tough. But honestly, I felt fantastic.
Since I have a mild dairy intolerance, AND insulin resistance, I need to stay away from both. But gluten is definitely easier for me.

I've been completely grain free for awhile now and it's hard, although I think it'll get easier as I learn to bake the occasional carby grain free treats. But dairy? Never! I'm a milk maid from way back, I have a cow gestating right this minute so I can have my own milk cow to feed my habit, lol. Almost have to in a town where a gallon of whole milk is over $6/gal.

Gluten is way easier to give up for me.
My DH has given up both due to some digestive issues and it's super easy for me to cook gluten-free but working around dairy is a little harder.

Dairy. I'm not a big dairy person so I don't think it would be as bad.
