I'm thankful that my DH has been beyond supportive of my desire to exclusively BF and the fact that he's taking all these post-partum hormones in a stride!

I am thankful that my DH has worked so hardcto become so successful, and not to brag- but he's kind of high up on the ladder in the oil industry! He has had to work his butt off with training and licensing, and now he is an amazing provider for our family and we are building our dream home right now, subletting a condo in downtown Charleston and having lots of fun, and I quit my job for the move (and when he's not
working offshore, he has zero work while home), so we are a family having a great time exploring the city and restaurants/etc, since we are both around all day/every day right now. I am so grateful for the glorious time that we have as a family right now. And for the very exciting things ahead of us, like our new house! Our life is busy, but sooooo wonderful:)

Thankful DH is home this week. And for the tarp on our roof covering the whole from storms last week so rain isn't getting in the house this week.

So thankful that my DH took off from work early to go indulge my preggo craving of fried chicken! And it was everything I hoped it would be and more, haha.

I am thankful DH has a great sense of humor & always keeps me laughing. I tend to take life too seriously. I am also thankful that he takes time to walk the dog with me in the evenings. I look forward to that time together each day.

I'm thankful DH came home yesterday just for the night so he could see me. He will be back home on Thursday, so it was a great treat to see him on a quick visit. We had a date night last night and I was treated like a princess.

@PrincessBaby: total spinoff but when do you guys move to charleston full time? I know we talked about this before...
I'm grateful for everything about DH lately. Since we started trying for #2 we have been much kinder, loving and understanding towards each other. It's really brought us closer and I just couldn't ask for a better husband

@luckypenny: We are subletting a condo on King St smack dab in the middle of downtown right now, so we are already here! And we close on our house Aug 18th! They have hung the drywall, we checked it out today, and are so excited bc it's definitely amazeballs!!!!! I squeak thinking about it! And it's really all due to DH and how hard he works...His sacrifice (and my & H's sacrifice too) is that he's gone 3 weeks at a time, but it's all so he can provide for us and we can make this dream real:)

@Weagle: This exactly.
I am usually so spent by the end of my day with M and DH's excitement when he walks in the door reminds me how happy I am to be with them both. He was out helping family today so I put M to bed myself and it made me extra-thankful for our usual evening routine.

I am thankful DH is handling putting LO down to bed right nowsoni can relax and have a home brew. He also did all the dishes, washed pump parts, and cleaned the living room tonight after cooking dinner! He takes such good care of us!

I am thankful for how thoughtful and kind Mr. T is. He is always thinking of kind things to say to me, and complimenting me. I am thankful that he is such an involved father. I am thankful that he is a hard worker. I am thankful that he is responsible. There are really just SO many things I adore about that man!

I am thankful that DH cooked supper tonight even though he still had to do some work from home tonight. My back has been killing me today (I have no room to talk with DH being in pain 24/7) and it was the break I needed after being on my feet all day.

My DH is on some pretty hefty medication that he takes weekly for his arthritis and it makes him feel sick for 3 days per week. I'm thankful that, despite feeling so ill, he is doing his best to humour my crazy nesting instinct. I was very grateful to him last night because he remembered to bring some cardboard boxes home from work and he helped me to pack up a load of stuff that I had sorted a few days earlier. He then put all the boxes and a few other bits into the loft for me.
@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I don't know what your original post said but I'm loving your positive-spin attitude. He took a chicken out of the oven, eh? Awesome!
@Sugar.Biscuit: I 100% feel you!! Being pregnant with a chronic pain sufferer in the house can suck sometimes! I'm like "My back hurts" and then I remember that his back always hurts - along with every other joint in his body. It's lovely that he made the supper for you both.
@marionberry: He ironed your clothes! Now he IS a keeper!!!

@Cherrybee: lol, I was venting about DH making a bonehead decision without me. Potentially letting a friend use our address to get their child in our (better) school district

I'm very thankful for DH today! I totally overreacted to something this morning that he said (and i was 100% in the wrong, but i had a really bad headache and, well, stupid pregnancy hormones!) and instead of pointing it out, he calmly told me he loved me and made it all better. because that's just the way he is.

I'm thankful DH is taking a pay cut, small demotion, and losing his office to start a new job on Monday a 5 minute walk from home!
Also thankful he's arranged it so that he can go back to his previous job if he ends up being unhappy!

I'm thankful for a husband who is absolutely amazing at his career! He started with his current company in December 2011 - got promoted in March 2013 and again this week! The most recent promotion came with a 30+K raise!!! He is the most determined person I know.
