My DH is travelling and the girls are spending the night at my moms. So far my plans are sleeping in, wrapping gifts and cleaning house. Not super exciting. I did buy chocolate for tonight but otherwise the night is stretched out empty before me. If had some true blue alone time, what would you do with it?

I'd read and then go see 'Fantastic Beasts' and rent 'Captain Fantastic.' And then I'd drink wine and eat chocolate. I might clean the house, too.

Definitely sit down, lights a candle and watch a movie or catch up on favorite shows. Get some fun treats to eat (in peace!). Just enjoy the peace and quiet and relax! Although I'd probably screw it up and catch up on cleaning or laundry

I would start with a couple of cleaning/organizing projects that are too hard to do with DD around. Then I would sit on the couch watching netflix with delicious take out and junk food.

Sleep and be a bum. But then I'd do some cleaning and reorganizing that I never have time for.

In my truest fantasy I would get a ton of small projects done around the apartment. Then Netflix/movies and good beer and junk food. And sleep in till 9am.
In reality I would do all of that minus the projects
Id probably just get things tidied up so I felt more relaxed and then do the Netflix/movies/beer/junk food thing.

Ummm, based on a similar situation a few weeks ago, drink some wine and fall asleep at 8:30 pm

I would feel overwhelmed by all the options and just maybe get nothing done at all and be on hello bee. LOL!

I'd probably tackle some organizing- clean out pantry, fridge and spice cabinet while drinking wine. I'd also go out to a nice meal. Sleep in.

Drink, eat, watch a ridiculous amount of tv until super late at night, then sleep in as late as I want.

I would probably end up watching Netflix all day, but if I had an entire 24 hours to myself, I would hope I would leave the house. I absolutely wouldn't be cleaning it, that's for sure.

I've officially had the supplies and been on my to do list for 1.5 years - I never have the magic combo of the energy and uninterrupted time to finish it.

I'd go shopping for a few hours wandering around the mall and going into stores I never have time to visit. Then I'd get takeout, drink wine and watch Netflix.

I would definitely order take out (rarity!), binge watch on Netflix, and lay around in my undies!

@futuremama: I would probably do something like this too. And I like the idea of going out to see a movie! If I were staying home, I would probably listen to a bunch of podcasts, buy a sushi plate to eat and organize something.

Clean! Make an easy but yummy dinner, and eat on the couch in my pj's while watching a fun movie. Take a long, hot bath and enjoy a glass of wine. Read and listen to music.

@hocuspocus: omg hot coffee AT HOME! That's a good one! Mine is always cold and I nuke it 2-3 times and it's still always cold when I get to it.
