getting to spend an hour with child for the day

This morning, I had to wake up R, changed diaper, got her dressed, nursed and we were out the door. Then we get home from day care tonight, and she is super fussy and tired, despite napping great at school today and even on the 25 min drive home. When I was nursing her after bath, I was crying cause I hate that I got no time with her.

We are sleep training so I couldn't even just rock her to sleep. She also choose to roll over for the first time tonight. I looked away from the monitor for 5 seconds and she is on her belly. I missed it. I went in and moved her back on her back, cue crying all over again. Lesson learned, wait till she is asleep next time.

Today is just a day where I feel so guilty cause I have to work. I want to be the one with her all day, not her teachers.
