We caught like 3/4 of it. While I think it is good information and eye opening. I don't like to judge any parenting, but the mom who had the loaded gun on the table floored me. You can't trust a 4-8 year old child not to be curious...it's asking for issues. I would not allow my child over at that house. And I'm pro-fire arms. We have hunting riffles in our house & have considered getting a hand gun as well for safety.

I saw it too and it was definitely eye opening. Although I am not against fire arms, I would be concerned as to how they are stored. It was eye opening how many kids were able to access their parents guns. It is it a child responsibility to avoid guns, it is the parents responsibility to have them locked away.

We live in an area with pretty high gun ownership and it made me realize that if LO was to have a play date at a friends house when he is older I will have to think about his access to guns in other homes. It has made me consider gentle ways to ask 'how do you store your guns?' If there is one.
