Sleeping. E had no interest in the bassinet in our room, and would only sleep while being held (preferably, but not necessarily, by me). We ended up co-bedding because of it, which we hadn't planned, just so I could get any sleep at all.

As much of an issue BF was with DS I think SLEEP trumps it all. Not sleeping and having BF issues made it all the worse!!!!

I think jaundice and breast feeding were jointly the worst as they were related problems for us...developed jaundice partially due to difficult eating, and jaundice making her too tired to stay awake long enough to eat.

Getting the hang of breastfeeding! This also led to sleep deprivation since I did all the wake ups (since there was not much DH could do to help).

Sleep, exactly the same issues as @lovehoneybee. Thank goodness she seemed to grow out of it around 7-8 weeks and now is a pretty good sleeper (knock on wood!!).
