I love love LOVE love love her restaurant style salsa recipe. Everyone who tries it loves it. So super easy and yummy
Also, her crash potatoes recipe is AMAZING...so freaking good! And also super easy.
I've tried some other recipes that were just meh (corn chowder and spicy chicken legs). But these two are seriously sooooo good!

Her baked ziti is ridiculously good. Honestly, I've been pretty happy with every recipe of hers that I've tried.

Cauliflower soup! It's like a lighter tanger version of potato soup. Though probably not any healthier!

DH loves the "apple dumplings" with mountain dew and Pillsbury crescent rolls but we haven't made them in a long time since we are trying to cooking more without preservatives. They are still a great guilty pleasure!
I love the (easy!) gravy from the "drop biscuits and gravy" recipe. We add different seasonings, but use her method.

As simple as this is -- her beef and bean burritos are fabulous and incredibly quick to make. They are one of my husband's favorite meals. They are definitely nothing groundbreaking but a good weeknight option.

@autumnlove: I have a friend from high school who I follow on IG. When she made it the first time, I was hooked and then realized that I had it in PW's first cookbook.
I also love, love Cooking Light's blueberry coffee cake. I make it every time for afternoon tea: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/blueberry-coffee-cake-10000001734304/
