    Braised short ribs w/ goat cheese polenta. I also made her glazed carrots with our Christmas dinner, and OMG. To die for!

    I make her cream cheese bacon wrapped jalepenoes for practically every occasion. So simple, but a perfect food!

    I have never made a pioneer woman recipe I didn't like! She's the one who taught me the proper way to chop onions too! I was a mess before.

    @autumnlove: i have one, but i never dig it out i just use a 9x13 pyrex and put slices of lemon or onion under the bird to keep the skin off the the bottom. you'd be surprised how big a bird you can fit in there! i usually roast a chicken once a week and i do a big one (like 7lbs!) so i can turn it into other things after.

    We love all of PW's recipes.. never had one we didn't like... my favorites are chicken spaghetti, chicken fried steak, her chocolate cake is amazing.

    Sidenote: anyone watch the Christmas special? I wish I was there!! And did anyone make ham like she did? I'm thinking about it for the holidays

    Just made her Spinach artichoke dip pasta (we made chicken with it too). SO SO SO good.
