On Wednesday, I made a big batch of soup with hot Italian sausage, spinach, beans, veggies, and pasta in a tomato base. It's so good but I realized that it's too damned hot to eat soup. So I guess I'll freeze the rest.
The week before, I made crockpot mac and cheese for a work potluck.
