My child is spoiled. I hate that word but Um yeah! He is my only son and I will always try to give him all that I can offer him (emotionally, physically and financially).
Don't let comments bring you down. So, what if they *think* your child is spoiled. I call it "very loved" haha.

I get that all the time. Even before she was born. I usually try not to take offense, because I think they don't mean it in a negative way - but it does rub me wrong when people say that. I think ALL kids are spoiled in SOME way. Be it love, material things, attention, etc. And for the ones not spoiled at all? Well, I feel sad for those little muchkins! All babies deserve to be loved and spoiled. If we don't do it, who else will?

That must be so frustrating. If/When I get that, I'm going o answer with "why else would I have a child if not to spoil her?"

Its a poor choice of words they used. that would infuriate me if someone had the audacity to say that about my child. If we are just talking about toys and clothes...come on, the kids are so young they probably don't even know any different.

that said, I don't like spoiled children and try my best to be conscientious of not spoiling mine. Spoiled children are pretty awful to be around...(i'm talking about when they get a little older)

I think a spoiled baby is a well loved baby. Keep on showwing with affection & stuff.
