If you failed your 1 Hr, but passed your 3 Hr, did you still change your diet? Did you Dr. recommend that you change anything about diet just in case/to be safe?

Nope.
ETA - this was in the first trimester. When I did it again in the second trimester I had one failing number in the 3 hour. The doctor wanted me to take it again but I refused and was treated as GD for the rest of the pregnancy. I changed my diet then.

I failed the 1hr but passed the 3hr. I wasn't big on carbs to begin with so I didn't change much. I struggled with the carb loading diet they had be do for 3 days prior to the 3hr.

I failed the 1 hour and passed the 3 hour. I didn't change my diet, because there were so very few things I could actually stomach that changing anything would have meant more throwing up/eating less/not at all.

No- his advice was don't eat In n' Out Burger on your way to the 1 hour if you want to pass My 3 hour was a fasting, so I did it first thing in the morning. It sucked no matter what, but I passed and had the most glorious turkey sandwich and nap right after.

@lemondrop: I have been reading about your experience on the threads and told my Hubs I planned on doing exactly what you said! Water, Protein Sandwich, Water, and Nap!
