About 30 minutes ago I started having these sharp, pulsing stabbing pains on my left side (about where they keep finding the baby's heartbeat). They come and go and aren't strong enough to make me double over or anything - just strong enough to let me know they're there.

Is this something to be really concerned about? I had pretty bad cramps at the start of my pregnancy (but they felt more like period cramps), DR said this was normal. I haven't felt anything in a few weeks. These feel different from my early pregnancy cramps.
