Our house went on MLS last night and our first private showing is in a hour. I'm so nervous! DH readied the house since I already left for work when the showing request came in. Our realtor is dropping off the home flyer right before we show. This all feels so fast. I'm ready for an offer or at least some really good feedback.

Good luck!! When we were selling it helped to keep a big stack of flyers on our table at all times so the agent didn't have to remember them. And always leave for the day with curtains open and lights on! We also had a bunch of pretty baskets lying around (that weren't in the pictures) that we used to throw random toys/purses/shoes in so we could clean up in 5 seconds if a showing request came in.

Good luck! We had 20 showings in the first 3 days after going on the market. We ended up with an offer on the 4th day and we were even able to make the closing date match when we closed on the purchase of our new house.
(i also hope you meant mojo, not mono. haha )

Good luck! I am not sure what the market is like where you are but here multiple offers are coming in on the first day and homes are selling super quick. Hope it is similar in your area!

@Modern Daisy: yep, I gave DH the instructions on curtains and lights. I even told him where the linen spray in case he wanted to freshen up the rooms.
Our realtor talked his ear off when dropping off the flyers and the 1st showing people saw DH and realtor. We were trying to avoid that. 
Apparently, this is technically the second interested party. I thought I pushed back the 1st showing to wait on the flyers, but they cancelled. The timeframe that I ended up accepting was a totally different buyer. My realtor is working on getting the first ones back in. He has a buyer coming in on Monday relocating to the area to look at the house.

We had a brokers open the day before listing and got three offers all over ask from that alone...so we never even had to deal with showings! Fingers crossed it goes quickly/painlessly for you!

Contract pending
We are so excited we don't have to show the house in the final two weeks while we await for baby's arrival.
