We were watching a film but we paused it to watch Big Ben strike 12 and watch the London firework display. We said happy new year to each other and went back to watching our film - then we went to bed. DD STTN would you believe!?

We had a quiet evening at home snuggled up on the couch watching Netflix. I looked over at DH at 11:57 & found that he was asleep!
I woke him up to get him to go through to the bed for more restful sleep. We wished each other a happy new year and went to sleep! Lol

Just climbing into bed. Dh rolled over and said "hey we missed midnight". I am sure I mumbled something and then fell asleep. Super romantic

Watching the ball drop with my husband while our toddler slept. We had grandparents lined up to babysit, but I got desperately ill and spent the day miserable. Next year!
