Anyone interested in shedding a few pounds together for spring/summer?

Me: I'm 4 months pp and haven't yet found any time to get to a gym. The baby's nighttime sleep isn't totally predictable yet. I'm afraid that by going as soon as she goes to bed, I run the risk of using up all my precious sleep time there before she wakes up! So the only exercise I've been getting is walks with the stroller.

I need to eat better too. I'm very fortunate to still be on mat leave (Canadian) but find myself snacking a lot out of boredom while the baby naps. I stocked my fridge with healthier snacks this week.

Anyone else looking to get in shape for warmer weather?!
