Anyone interested in shedding a few pounds together for spring/summer?
Me: I'm 4 months pp and haven't yet found any time to get to a gym. The baby's nighttime sleep isn't totally predictable yet. I'm afraid that by going as soon as she goes to bed, I run the risk of using up all my precious sleep time there before she wakes up!
So the only exercise I've been getting is walks with the stroller.
I need to eat better too. I'm very fortunate to still be on mat leave (Canadian) but find myself snacking a lot out of boredom while the baby naps. I stocked my fridge with healthier snacks this week.
Anyone else looking to get in shape for warmer weather?!
DH had been using the same one (almost obsessively) and told our son it was for tracking his calorie intake. DS saw me using the same app yesterday and knew exactly what I was doing. I felt terrible about potentially sending the wrong body image message.
I still have my Beachbody On Demand subscription that gives me access to all the programs and workouts so my plan is to eventually get back to those. In the meantime I might try to do yoga and take a nice stroller walk each weekend. I haven't figured out how or when to add exercise to the work week yet.
Literally was gonna try to get in shape before getting pregnant with #2, then #2 happened when #1 was 16-17 months, so there went that. And then I've just been in survival mode since.
and this weekend will be too busy to go.
