I started my third trimester yesterday... I'm both super excited and super freaked out. What advice do you have for surviving the last trimester?

Don't be freaked out and don't listen to your friend's mom's cousin who says that you'll all of a sudden feel like crap 24/7 and not be able to do anything but sit on the couch and eat Cheetos and complain. I'm almost 41 weeks along (boooooo) and am still relatively comfortable and able to do the same stuff I've been doing all along. The worst things for me are rolling over in bed (so hard to do!), having my belly crush my lap and sometimes reflux. And some of my maternity shirts are too short now so I don't have many wardrobe options.

I think tororojo hit the nail on the head. I agree with every single point. even the most random things give me reflux now, so I go to sleep almost sitting up. many of my clothes, even maternity ones, are not that comfortable anymore...definitely stay on top of your laundry and wash your favorites often! you may even want to pick up some new things to wear... I was soooo ready to not spend more money on maternity clothes but they make me feel so much better.
and maybe this is a no brainer but don't wait too long to go to the bathroom!! I often get lazy at work and don't want to walk all the way down there but then I wait too long and it is painful!
last thing is - I think it helped us to have something small scheduled every weekend. i.e. CPR class one weekend then newborn care the next then baby shower the next...this past weekend I had nothing going on and it went by sooooo slowly!!!

My only advice is to enjoy it. People told me that when I was huge, and I rolled my eyes. Seriously though, the end goes by so quickly. In a matter of weeks your life will never be the same!

Just enjoy it for as long as you can. You may end up feeling terrible (I know I did), but until then, enjoy yourself! Relax. Take naps. Take a crap on your own time. Because you won't be able to shortly LOL

Just enjoy for as long as you can. Sleep while you can, cause it gets to a point where you feel like a beached whale when trying to roll over in bed.

Try to sleep as much as you can, pamper yourself (manicures, pedicures, haircuts, whatnot). Spend quality time with your DH...go on dates, hang out and watch TV together, etc).
I took naps whenever I could, baths almost nightly (water not as hot as normal and for not as long), and walked a lot. I put a lot of effort into putting myself first because I knew once DS got here I wouldn't be (at least not for a while).

I totally agree with @FutureMrsMcK: pamper yourself and take lots of naps. Enjoy this time!
