We'll have one random off during the week since the 4th of July falls on a Wed. I think this is a first during my entire career!
The worst has been on a Tues? and I'd just take the Mon off to make it an extra long wknd...
Don't think we'll have any exciting plans for it this year~

I work at a daycare over the summer and we're off for the 4th of July. I looove the 4th because my hometown is the home of the state's official 4th of July festival, so there's always a ton of stuff to do!

Well I was kind of bummed because we usually go home to mass for the 4th. But it's hard to pull that off when its in the middle of the week. Plus we have a wedding here in Nashville on the 7th. But now we are planning a cook out with both of our next door neighbors and I'm really looking forward to it.

Having a holiday in the middle of the week is so weird! We'll probably just have a BBQ with some friends. Keep it simple since we all have to go to work the next day! Ugh.

My niece has her graduation party the weekend after July 4th so I'm flying home. I'm excited.

DH is a professor and starting today he has three weeks off between quarters, so we jam-pack our vacas into these weeks. We're spending this week with my family on vacation and next week with his family in NY, so we'll be in NY for the 4th. Pretty psyched!

My hubs is born on the 4th of July (he's turning 31 this year) and my due date is two days after... lol. So luckily, I'll be on maternity leave already and he'll just chill for his one day off in the middle of the week.

My prenatal class that is usually Wednesday evenings is still holding class that day - except they are having it at 10 AM! I'm going to go over there and pretend to be a housewife who can run errands and take yoga in the middle of the day. Super excited. That is my only plan for the day

There is a big race 10K here so DH will run that in the morning. I walk up the street and watch it. Great people watching. People run in costumes and everything. Then I am sure I will go to the pool. DH will probably take advantage of the day and study, since the next weekend he has finals and then done with his MBA.

i planned ahead and took mon& tues off for a very long weekend!! I plan on getting my house a little more organized, going shopping for house stuff (we recently moved into our house 2 weeks ago) and hanging by the pool at my in-laws!!

July 2 is my first day back at work from maternity leave but luckily my office is closed for the fourth and the rest of the week. Score!

Well I am going to take the 3rd off because DH has plans for our Anniversary, then the 4th is off, I may take the 5th off because Dh and some friends want to go to a party thing thats far away so I may need the 5th to catch up on some sleep.

The 4th is my first day of travel for work- I'll be gone for 2 1/2 weeks! It will be weird not being home on July 4th as I love that holiday and spending time with family and friends. This year, I'll be alone in a hotel, working.
