While my retrieval and transfer will be in a July, my POAS date will be something like Aug 6/7. So I guess I’ll be a cheerleader this month!

Oh, and Denmark the first week of July, then finally buying our house from my parents (long story but when we went to buy it 5 years ago there was already an offer and they said the only way we could beat it was cash offer - so we’ve been paying my rents rent for 5 years). Home ownership - woohoo! Did I mention it’s 100 years old with LOTS of “projects”

@yellowbeach: exciting! Congrats on the house - the projects can be overwhelming but so rewarding to build that sweat equity.

(1) Anything exciting you'd like to share? Nope. I'm glad tobe POAS mid month for once.
(2) Is there anything special you will be doing this month? Yep, lots of camping and lots of completing our summer bucket list.
(3) Are there any special purchases you will be making on Amazon PRIME Day? A Lillebaby carrier, if there is a good deal.

• TTC Cycle (or months TTC): Six years and a month on top.
• Ovulation Date: around 19.-21. June
• POAS Date: Not sure, I'm not tracking my cycles right now, but probably July 7th at the latest.
• Baby #: 1, but I have a pup and that kind of counts too, right?

BONUS-
(1) Anything exciting you'd like to share? Not exciting per se, but my next appointment is in mid July, I'll go in for repeat labs a week before that and then I'll find out the meds have worked on my out of whack hormones.

(2) Is there anything special you will be doing this month? My vacation starts on the 13th, three weeks of freedom! We'll probably sleep a lot, take a road trip or two and we also have tickets to a Katie Melua concert.
Another big event is The Song Festival. It will take place on the first weekend of July, it's kind of a big deal this year as the first Song Festival took place 150 years ago, it's a big celebration of our culture and language. There'll be a ~25 000 singer choir and ~10 000 dancers preforming mostly traditional repertoire, but there are some new songs and dances created just for this occasion as well. (If you google Estonian Song Festival, can find a lot of pictures. There are a lot of videos on Youtube too, most of the videos will probably be of a huge crowd in national clothing singing through tears, because it's all so powerful and special.)

(3) Are there any special purchases you will be making on Amazon PRIME Day? Probably not, as I didn't know it was a thing. Will there be a lot of discounts?

@Kaohinani: Thank you, but I'm not too hopeful about this cycle, I don't know if or how much you read along during your absence, but we have issues on both sides and right now the odds of natural conception are extremely low. The plan is to see if the meds make a difference, but my doctor isn't that optimistic. We're already on the waiting list for IVF/ICSI for November, we had to skip IUI altogether as things on my SOs side are pretty bad.

@Kaohinani: I know miracles happen and I haven't lost all hope yet, but it's easier on the mind not to expect it to happen right now. If it does - great, but if it doesn't, I won't be as devastated. I have stopped tracking my cycles for now to get a little break, but I don't feel the need to step away from HB, because I find comfort in the community.

At this point only I am on the meds, I'm hoping we'll get some new information on the plans for my SO during my next appointment.

@Kaohinani: Thank you! 🤞 to you as well. Like I said, I've been an avid lurker since January, so I'm familiar with some of y'all's stories and am looking forward to getting to know you all a bit better!

I haven't quite wrapped my head around the notion of IVF as our next option, as it was pretty unexpected. I think it was partially to get our names on the funded wait list sooner rather than later (I'm in Canada). At this point, I'm mostly just dreading redoing the HSG appointment; because of what it could mean for our next steps, but also because it hurt like a 🤬.

Jumbo box of tampons came in the mail today. The box advertises it is a 4 month supply. I hope I don't get much use out of it.

Well, our mower caught fire in the garage 20 minutes after we parked it. So I've got that to contend with while sick and bitchy.

Maybe you have already posted and I have missed it, but how did you end up telling your husband and how did it go?

I understand your sister, but also you should be able to spread the joy without fear. And if something were to happen (it won't though!), I think it would be better to have support rather than to be alone with it.
