Is this a thing?
I literally ate a large meal until I was stuffed. An hour later, my stomach is growling like I'm hungry. So I take two bites of a banana and I'm stuffed again.
Two hours later, I made dinner because I felt hungry... ate half and pushed it away because I felt to full.
What's going on!?
And my own personal tip is that you should eat as many veggies as possible while you can if you can stomach them because soon for many people (including me) they will seem sooooo gross lol.
