Sooo some coworkers and I registered for a themed 5k several months back that was supposed to take place in two weeks. We received an email today that the company went bankrupt, and won't be refunding our money. I'm so upset!

I'm not sure what my options are at this point? I suppose if they filed bankruptcy, they're not required to refund money? I have to check to see if I paid with my credit card or bank card, but I don't remember...

ugh. anyone have this happen to them?
