I made him a cake with five layers and we had champagne at home on the actual day. My parents watched LO and we went out to dinner that weekend. We aren't big on presents.

Ours is coming up this Friday and I have no idea! We will most likely celebrate next week on our family vacation but I have NO IDEA how.

We flew into Nashville, stayed there a few days. Stayed in Jackson. Drove to New Orleans, stayed there for a few days. Stayed in Houston. Drove to Austin, stayed there 4 nights and flew home. We ate and drank our way 1800 miles it was a dream trip.

Our 5 year is actually on Friday. Saturday night we are going to a fancy dinner and a movie. At 37 weeks pregnant, that's enough for me. We don't really do anniversary gifts, it's just not our thing.

We went to his grandparents' sixties wedding anniversary party in Chicago over our wedding anniversaey weekend. Otherwise, we didn't do muh of anything. We didn't do gifts, flowers, or cards. We were going to go out to dinner, but last year, we totalled our car on our way home from our anniversary date. So we decided to forego it this year

We didn't go out to dinner. Totally forgot about as I was about 6-7 weeks pregnant at the time. We got Lego Movie clocks as our gift to ourselves.
