So I was randomly browsing the internet yesterday and somehow stumbled upon this website.

To sum it up, the challenge is to stop complaining for 21 days in a row. You wear a bracelet and every time you (or someone else) catch(es) yourself complaining about something you switch the bracelet to the other wrist. The goal is to keep the bracelet on one wrist for 21 days in a row.

I find myself complaining a lot. I complain about things big and small all the time. I'm intrigued by this idea. I can't imagine it would be easy at all and I anticipate a lot of mess ups but I want to give it a try!! I bet it could make me a much more positive person overall.

To "Complain" is defined as "to express pain, grief, or discontent." Surely, it makes sense to express pain, grief or discontent occasionally but most people do so constantly. In so doing, they are talking and thinking about what they do not want in their life and, thereby, attracting more pain, grief and discontent. Instead, think and talk about what you are grateful for. Talk about what you DO want and not what you DON'T want.

I wonder if I would have to separate myself from Hellobee for a while too, since I also do a lot of complaining on here lol.

What do you think? Would you try something like this?
