After promising myself I wasn't going to stop being a lurker until I had my first ultrasound I couldn't resist any longer!

I am 8 weeks pregnant (first ultrasound at 12 wks in the UK) and it has come as a lovely huge surprise to myself and my boyfriend having only just been diagnosed with mega PCOS in August!

We haven't told anyone yet and I have so many questions to ask you ladies who are in the know about all things babies as I feel hopelessly ill prepared!
