I've been walking on the treadmill 3-4x/week since I was around 6 weeks pregnant (I'll be 32w tomorrow). I usually do a 5-minute warm-up, 5 minute cool-down, and 30 minutes walking at a fast pace (4 mph). Over the past week I've noticed some abdominal pain about halfway through my walk. It doesn't hurt enough to make me stop so I've been walking through the pain, but it certainly doesn't feel good.
I don't want to quit walking altogether because it's important to me to continue exercising (and I feel like this is pretty light exercise to begin with), but I also don't want to harm myself or the baby or go into labor early.
Not sure if this is normal this late in pregnancy because of the extra weight I'm carrying. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I drink a ton of water throughout the day and while I'm walking, so I don't think it's a hydration issue.
