I am really wanting to do more activities with C, but everything seems to be at 10:30. Why?

Obviously, I have only experienced parenting from the ages of newborn to 9.5 months, but at no point so far has 10:30 been a good time for us! She usually wakes up from morning nap right around then, so we can never do anything. I know, woe is me.

At what age does 10:30 become a magical perfect time for story hour, music class, everything else? I am assuming it does, eventually, since 90% of the activities I'm seeing for 0-3 year olds are at that time.
