DST has proven problematic and now we are in a bad rut. i need help breaking bad habits please.

The facts:
Lo is 31 mo old.
Prior to DST she would sleep 8-6 and nap 12-2 (it took a lot of work to get her to wake up at 6am, until recently she would wake up between 5-6am)
I was reading/singing and leaving the room with regular checks. In the last few weeks I have been so desperate to get her to sleep I have been laying with her (and often falling asleep and waking up and going to my bed - which I don't really want to do anymore).
She is taking longer to fall asleep on her own.
She has a toddler alarm clock and does not stay in her room until the light is green. She comes into our bed. Ready to start the day not to go back to sleep.

EX: Yesterday we were out in the morning playing at the park and riding bikes. She took a nap 1230-230. (I left the room and she put her self to sleep). She had a playdate in the evening. We went to bed at 7pm. She was awake at 8pm (asked for DH). After that I fell asleep so I assume she finally did too between 8-830pm. She woke up at 430am - came into our bed - and slept for another hour.

Please help. I cant figure out if I should be putting her to bed earlier or later. (I know she is on the lower side of sleep needs and her MO is to wake early.) TIA!
