I called Amazon tonight to complain about my order. I was talking to someone who obviously doesn't speak English as a first language. He ended up sending me a replacement for the item I had and I made a fuss about when it would be delivered. I asked if it would be delivered before Saturday. He said, "Oh yes, yes, ma'am, it will be there much, much earlier than Saturday." So I said, "So it will be there tomorrow...Friday?" "Oh, oh yes ma'am, yes, it will be."
