Our 4 year anniversary is coming up and im stumped on what to give DH, any ideas? Do you follow the traditional anniversary gifts?

don't follow the traditional gifts. lately, we just do trips and dinner together or so (although not sure now that we have kids)....

We haven't followed the traditional gifts. I would be happy going to dinner & a movie! We haven't been on a date in FOREVER.

Yes and the fourth anniversary is SO hard! Fruit and flowers?! Ugh! Some of the ideas I've seen include Apple products, activities at botanical gardens or greenhouses, and trips to places like The Big Apple. Actually have you done a trip sans baby yet? That might be an idea.

For our fourth anniversary we were going to do something big (we got married on a leap day!) because it was our "first" anniversary. I was going to be 38 weeks pregnant and we knew it was the last hooray. Well, my baby had other plans because he showed up February 22 hahaha! Any gifts that we were going to give were promptly forgotten and we didn't do ANYTHING for it
I find anniversary gifts are hard to buy for too....

My friend did a fruits and flowers themed boudoir photo shoot for her husband. It came out really good!

@Honeybee: We will actually be heading your way to celebrate. I'm having some chocolate covered strawberries arrive on our actual anniversary. We haven't done a trip sans baby and don't really plan on it anytime soon.
I saw a good idea for apple stock, but I changed my mind because of the price since it's not SAHM friendly, lol.
@MamaBehr: Same happened for my birthday shoot and even a push gift when my LO had the same idea!

We do the traditional gifts.. I think it's a lot of fun! For year 4, he got me chocolate-covered-strawberries... and I can't remember what I got him!
I think maybe I baked him some sort of fruity-chocolate dessert? We have our 6th coming up in October, and it's sweets... so that should be another fun one!
