Has anyone worn this to the office in a business casual setting? If so, how did you style it/what did you wear it with?

Yes, lots of times! The key, for me, is flowy tops that cover your crotch and bum.
Last week I wore leggings under what used to be a dress but now looks tunic-y (this, in green though: http://www.modcloth.com/shop/dresses/coach-tour-dress-in-bleu) with gold glats.
Today I wore blAck leggings with a white cotton tunic and brown leather knee boots.

I have a black and white top with very narrow stripes that i pair with black leggings It's long enough that post partum I can probably get away with using it as a mini dress. I layer it with a black tank top underneath (it has a v cut front and back) and a black cardigan and red ballet flats. I always get compliments when I wear it!

Not while preggers, but it's pretty common at my last work to wear a combo of leggings + any kind of top + long blazer. The blazer makes it just a little more polished!

I'm wearing them today! I'm wearing a flowy embellished tunic on top with a cardigan, and flats. Then again, our office is casual dress code, but what I'm wearing could pass for business casual elsewhere.

Absolutely! I usually wore it with a top that covered my butt and boots.
