I have an anterior placenta this pregnancy, and did not with my first. In trying to do some research on when to expect to feel movement, I came across a study done in Turkey that found babies with anterior placentas were more frequently females (62%). Of course that still means 38% of anterior placentas are male babies! However, my anterior placenta is a girl baby (or so the sonographer tells me!), so I fell into that nearly two-thirds category. I wondered if the Hellobee community would fall in line with this study, so I created a poll. Multiple voting enabled for multiple babies!
Here is the abstract for the study for those interested: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25552170
