I bought the baby some NYC themed books and wrote in them with a sharpie. Any other fun ideas I could start putting together (besides a scrapbook)?

Aw that's so cute! When we were TTC and after first becoming pregnant I had all these grand ideas via Pinterest... But after getting through m/s and 1st trimester, I kinda threw everything out the window haha. I don't even take weekly bump pics!
The only thing I'm really doing is maternity photo shoot.

So cute! First time around I took belly pics every two weeks and kept notes on things like cravings and my weight gain. We also went and bought a teddy bear and a onesie on the day we found out it was a boy (and picked his name that day too!).

I documented daily how I was feeling, any dr appts and the results, how the baby was doing/acting, etc. and I took weekly bump photos.

We started weekly bump photos at 11 weeks. We also grabbed a stuffed puppy that looks like one of our dogs, we just have to dock it's tail

I'm doing monthly photos, and keeping a journal of how the pregnancy is going. I'm hoping to make a little photo book with the bump pics/notes.

My sister bought me a Belly Book. I took weekly pics and filled out the whole thing. I bought the Birthday Book by the same people and will fill it out for her every year.

I wanted to do so many things but never got around to it! The only thing we did consistently was linger in bed on Sunday mornings and read everything we could find on that stage of pregnancy. It was pretty neat so see what fruit the baby size could be compared to. We had a maternity shoot also, but that's it!

Not really, I took a few belly pictures, maybe once a month? I was pretty sick for my first pregnancy and exhausted most the time, so I spent most of my energy planning the nursery and shopping for her. This one, I'm chasing after LO1 and don't have time, although I am again looking into nursery ideas, one of my favorite parts

We have a book to fill out and DH bought a lemur teddy from the zoo on our holiday for the baby. I am really not good at keeping bump pics, I have 2 and I'm early 20 weeks!

I love the book idea! We have traveled a fair amount through my pregnancy so I wish I had thought of it earlier!
I have done the march of dimes movie app which is kind of neat, you take a photo up to daily from the same angle and it creates a movie of your bump growth.
I also bought a weekly agenda style calendar and I jot things down each week.
