My LO is now 8 weeks old and after 2.5 hours of pushing and an emergency c-section, I think my body is a little out of alignment. I ran marathons before getting pregnant and now that I'm running again I'm having a ton of pelvic, lower back, and knee pain. Someone told me that my pelvic bone is probably out of alignment. Has anyone ever had this happen? How do you correct it? Is a chiropractor the only way?
