Hi All!
I'm around 16 weeks with my second baby and have had off and on terrible hip pain since my first daughter was born. I did some online searching and was shocked to see Hip Sciatica and a specific muscle being inflammed. This is exactly my pain site and I notice the most pain after sitting for extended period of time. I've also had lower back pain which shoots down my leg.
Any tips for stretches or recovery?
I've been getting massages once a month and still in pain.
