I do water aerobics that isn't specifically prenatal - but a handful of women have taken classes while they were pregnant. I plan to continue taking classes when I get pregnant. I really like it.
It keeps you cool, it's easy on your joints, you can go at your own speed, you are able to work the entire body. I can't think of any cons!
