How did you like it?
I ordered 2 days of juice and might order a 3rd if my first day goes well. Excited!

Several years ago I did their Three Day Cleanse and loved it! I actually did the cleanse a few times.

I've never done a cleanse before, and it's so expensive! Is it worth the money?

@blackbird: haha I did an Arden's garden 2 day detox a little over a month ago, but it was just water+oj+grapefruit juice+lemon juice.
@snowjewelz: I start tomorrow and will let you know!

How much isit? I've wanted to do one but they're so expensive. I have a juicer and could do my own but it's so time consuming. And even with my own juicer, that much produce is so expensive!
My Sil did a cleanse and she lost a lot of weight and has kept it off by eating well

I have done it twice and hated it. For me, it was choking down the green juice. The other juices were fine. My husband didn't mind the green juice and thought it needed vodka. So I think if you like tomato juice or bloody mary's, you might be ok with it. I have to say for me, I never got a giant burst of feeling amazing. But I didn't feel horrible so that was a plus. I would rather just eat a lot of fruit and veggies rather than drink the juice.

@chopsuey: everyone I know who has done blue print lost weight and gained it right back. PS unless you want a serious lecture don't ever mention cleanses to my husband!!!

@MamaMoose: lol! Thanks for the warning!!
yeah, so easy to gain weight back after juicing for a few days. Just needed a break from all the crap eating I was doing bc of AF. Goal is to start eating healthier and exercising after this, but we'll see! Hah!

I've never tried it but my friend just did it over the weekend! She said the hardest part was the 2 days of prep prior to the actual juicing - fruits and veggies only for 2 straight days (?). She just finished on Monday and lost 5 lbs from the detox. What do you do after the cleanse? Ease back into regular foods? I am interested in trying this after LO#2 pops out and I am done with BF'ing.

@chopsuey: Sounds like a good way to ease back in! Haha I like the "zero to prosciutto" reference lol

@snowjewelz: So I only ended up doing one day because we had lame weather and my other shipment got canceled
I loved it though! And will definitely do 3 days in the future.
All of the juices were REALLY good except the one that had beet in it. Not a fan of drinking beets!
The cashew milk was to die for.

@chopsuey: oo good to hear! I guess you haven't drank enough to really know a diff but taste IS important! I wouldn't want to spend $ chugging nasty things!
