It sounds like a good idea but I don't know if its really necessary. I would think that it prevent water from going everywhere while you are rinsing your diapers.
BTW- babysteals has a bundle with a free wet bag for $24.99. The spray pal retails for $25 by itself.

Haven't used it but it looks handy! We have a sprayer but I rarely use it because we use liners.

@bluestriped bee: To be honest, I'm not sure I would still CD if it weren't for the liners....DS has the most disgusting, sticky poops and they would never come off without some serious work. Ick.

Never heard of it, but that's a pretty nifty invention! I have definitely sprayed my bathroom with poopy water multiple times before 
Luckily I've only had to use the sprayer less than 10 times or so, so it's not *too* bad - just forces me to clean the bathroom... haha

We have it and probably would have quit CDing without it! Liners just bunch weird in LOs diapers and solids poops are no joke. The SprayPal was worth every (overpriced) penny!

My DH made a DIY version of the Spray Pal for next to nothing - we already had a clip and a small trash can!
