I have finished up my Beachbody Insanity Max 30 program last week and I feel great (I even did an extra month of the month 2 workouts because it was such a great workout). I'm ready to take things down a notch but I would hate to see loss of strength and endurence with a less intense work out schedule. I've started t25 and in the alpha phase workouts I've tried I don't find them challenging any suggestions where to go next? Maybe a hybrid program? What did you do after Max 30? Thanks
