We're having dinner at DH's aunt's place. Potluck! I said I would prepare spiral ham and asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
:T What are some yummy main dishes or sides you have on your Easter dinner table?

we're going to my grandparents (Mom's side). we alternate holidays between my gparents..DH's fam doesn't do holidays (easy peasy!).
as far as something special..we're *hopefully* announcing what we're having!

Lunch is at in law's with FIL's family, we will be annoucing our pregnancy there. I'm making a salad that all the younger boys love! I will not make the mistake of trying something new like I did at Thanksgiving, they were all mad it wasn't there
Dinner is with MIL's family if we make it. Sometimes we are too tired and skip out on this one.

Even though we celebrate Easter my family never did a traditional Easter dinner. My husband's family always did though. Right now we don't because we have no family close by but when we have LOs I want to make it a tradition.

In years past it was with my ILs and I think it was usually ham.
This year it's just my husband and I and he has offered to cook anything I request. So I have asked for bone in steak (rib eye or T bone) on the Weber & his yummy garlicy mashed yams/potatoes. and I'm going to make stir fry green beans with crescent rolls of coruse!

We were supposed to have a seder at my parent's on easter dinner, until we realized my brother and SIL couldn't make it because she celebrates easter. So now we'll just be having a normal dinner

We go to my aunt and uncle’s home in Newport, RI for Easter. Every year there is a theme to the food (Italian Easter, Moroccan, Middle Eastern, etc.) so I never know what is being served until we get there. Luckily, I don’t have to do anything besides show up and eat!

my parents and ILs are coming over for dinner - pretty basic, ham, veggies, all the good stuff

We're always on our own for Easter (every year since we've been a couple!)...we started a tradition the first year of making pizza, so we'll be doing that again this year

We're just going over to my IL's for Easter brunch... my family isn't religious at all, and hubs' family only says Grace at the beginning of Easter/Xmas meals-- I think we're doing waffles, eggs, and mimosas (only OJ for me... wah).

DH has to work on Easter, so I'll be with my parents/grandparents. I have no idea what they have planned though. My grandmother's birthday is on Easter this year, so I'm sure we'll be doing something special for her.
