Of course I was happy that my baby looked "normal" but I was freaked out by the image of her looking straight at the camera!

ultrasounds are so creepy! We have so many alien and weirdo looking pictures of the baby. she finally recently started to look more baby-like and less "giant black holes for eyeballs that are going to eat you in your sleep" creepy. DH and I would have a good laugh over them. I think the tech thought we were nuts

awww this is so cool!!! How many weeks was this? I have my first u/s the 18th (at 10 wks, I think.). So nervous!!!!!!!!

Haha my stepbrother and SIL debated naming their older daughter Aliena because of the ultrasounds!

@autumnlove: Oh wow! I have never seen an ultrasound picture like this! Definite needs to make an outing at their 21st! All ours are pretty normal side profile ones, but I am only 13 week.

Haha! I saw that in the u/s the one time DH couldn't go (and I brought my sis). Unfortunately, they didn't do a screen shot of that, but her hand was up too and like "hey! I'm looking at YOU!" Freaky and funny! I wish I had gotten it!

Haha, I said the baby looked like a turtle alien during my NT scan last week. Now the baby's nickname is Donatello from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It was definitely weird looking at the baby's face!

My sister showed a video of her ultrasound at her gender reveal and I thought I might faint! I don't think it was the actual ultrasound that did it but I was super anxious that day and very high strung.

LOL no but OMG I'm looking forward to it. I just had my first scan and it still looks like a little bean.
