@Applesandbananas: I would need to re-listen!!
Is anyone else listening to season 2? I'm having a hard time getting into it. Maybe it's because I've heard of BB, and already established an opinion about him and the story. I do like that it's going super in-depth.

@littlejoy: I'm seriously considering relistening to season 1, it was so good! I'm intrigued by the other podcast, Undisclosed.

@littlejoy: I had never heard of him before so it's a bit intriguing. Although, I gotta say, I think murder mysteries are a bit more interesting. I am trying to stay invested and hope it gets super exciting!

I really enjoyed season 1 and I'm listening to season 2 (and starting Undisclosed), although I'm just not as interested in the new season's topic. I do love SK's voice, it's addicting. I have filing at work one night a week, it's quiet and I can listen to anything I like, so Serial and Undisclosed are perfect!
So, I just finished (mostly) listening to undisclosed.
What are peoples thoughts about all the new information?
I'm not sure what to think. I've been reading a lot of opinions that seem to think Adnan is still the killer. However, Don was never fully investigated and who would hae drop all her plans that day for, if not for her main guy. Who she seemed infatuated with? BUT... why was the steering column of her car broken if it was Don? He would have her keys, right?
If Hae had to drop all her plans for something really important that "came up", and if she didn't make it to those "plans", wouldn't that person come forward saying she never showed? This makes me think it was obviously her killer.
@.twist.: I'm pretty convinced it was Don.
@Applesandbananas: I don't know that I'm convinced but I sure wish he would have been thoroughly investigated.
Like... what would his motive have been? I canthink think of a strong one.
@.twist.: I think it was in the intercept interview he says he was cheated on in the past, that's also the one where he says he loved Hae and still does. I would guess his motive was jealousy. Adnan was still around, still asking for rides, calling her late at night to give her his new cell number, etc. I bet he thought she was cheating on him.

@.twist.: I am almost done with undisclosed and it's amazing. I'm still convinced that Jay and Jen are involved somehow.

@.twist.: I finished undisclosed two days ago! I'm pretty convinced Adnan wasn't involved in her murder. That said, I don't know who did it! I'm still really curious about Mr. S (the streaker who found her body), because nothing really logical explains how he just stumbled upon it while taking a piss. @Eko: and yes, I think there is definitely something fishy with Jay and Jenn. I also want to know (maybe it was addressed?) if they still have the mysterious hairs and fibers and if they can be DNA tested. @Applesandbananas: as for Don, he still seems a bit fishy to me what with the time cards and the fact that his relatives were his alibi. I think they did a sloppy job not probing him further.
@lamariniere: If I am remembering right, I think the Innocence Project is trying to see if there is DNA evidence that is still testable. Everyone seems fishy, yet I still can't get over why Jay and Jen would confess anything in the first place.
@Applesandbananas: Oh, I didn't see that article. In undisclosed they said that in the police reports there was a note suggesting that Don didn't even seem enthused about their relationship and Hae seemed overly in love. I mean, it's totally possible but there just doesn't seem to be anything concrete. Like... with everything else about the case.
@Eko: They are super shady... but with all the police coercion I just don't know what to believe about Jay. Maybe he's covering up for Jen & Co.? But I don't know her motive unless hae caught her and jay together or something? I dunno...
@lamariniere: haha he is definitely a funny character... I almost wonder if he was in there streaking because it was a secluded place and he wanted to let his freak flag fly but didn't want to tell that to the cops, hence, peeing in the woods?! I have no idea.
@.twist.: I agree with the police coercion. While I am on the fence whether he was actually the person who killed Hae, I think he has had some involvement. Otherwise, why would he put himself in the situation to begin with? I find Jen's involvement more unsettling than Jay's.
@Eko: I've had the same thoughts. I just can't wrap my head around it. I don't feel like ANY of them have a good enough motive. But, obviously I wasn't there and I'm not an expert hahaha I just wanna KNOW.

@lamariniere: I think Mr. S was streaking when they buried the body. I don't buy his discovery story at all
@looch: Oh!!! I like that. I never thought that he caught them, but because he was streaking, didn't want to incriminate himself for being indecent. LOL! Good theory.
@looch: interesting thought! So streaking in the dark, saw something suspicious and went back later to check it out before reporting it to the cops? But do you think it was Adnan and Jay burying the body? Or someone else?
I really want to believe Hae was killed by one of those other guys that murdered another student...I can't recall the guy's name, but there's one Undisclosed podcast where they're discussing Hae's banking activity and how she used an ATM across the street from where the guy lived....that guy.
But then, why would Jay and Jenn be involved? I think it was Jay and Jenn that murdered Hae, but I have no real concrete motives for them.
@looch: The only motive I came up with for the Jay & Jenn combo, was that, if Hae caught Jay & Jenn together, intimately, and Hae knew Jay was with Stephanie. Jay thinks Adnan would be super pissed since stephanie was his good friend? Jenn doesn't even like Hae to begin with, anyway, for who knows what reasons? It's really tin foil hat material, but something like that could be a possible motive?!
