I'm completely off of sugar, processed carbs and wheat... down about 6 pounds. Life is definitely less fun though! Still, I feel better about the example we're setting for our kids!

Still miss my old foods though. I had some potato chips that Bee bought (cooked in avocado oil) yesterday and they were delicious. I kept it very much in moderation though, so I think it's ok.
