DH does the basics and changes our cabin and air filters. We usually just pay for oil changes since they are inconvenient for him to do!

I don't do anything! I actually don't even bring my car in for oil changes or anything to do with my car. I told DH that cars are his complete responsibilty! I will fill my gas tank (although I will admit DH goes and fills my tank for me more than I ever do!) and takes my car in for any kind of maintenance.

ours is fully covered from when we bought the car, and they call to remind us, so right now we are really good with it. DH has a company car, so his is covered as well. Once our warranty expires, Ill probably forget lol
DH is very up to date on it all though. Hes big into cars.

He's handy, learned from my FIL (who's a mechanic) but we usually go to the dealership to get serviced bc we don't have the extra space/time.

Hubby does all the oil changes for the trucks, and we get a lifetime oil change from the dealer for our Sequoia so when the time comes, the hubby will take it in to get it done. We have K&N air/cabin filters so the hubby will clean those out himself. He's usually pretty on top of whatever car maintenances are needed. So glad!

DH does everything for our vehicles. Oil changes, tire stuff, everything. He's so handy! I couldn't fix my car if my life depended on it.

The only thing I'm good at is making appointments with mecanics - but DH is stellar. Cars are his hobby - he's swapped engines, transmissions, etc. Although he's capable, he usually doesn't have time to change our oil or make repairs - though he does have time to diagnose problems.

DH changes air filters/lights/easy stuff on our newer car, and we get "free" (i.e. paid for w/the cost of the car because I'm a sucka) oil changes at the dealership. We have a way older car that he also changes oil & filter and does any maintenance/repair work with the help of our dads.
